FIRST AND FOREMOST HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE CF7C FIRST LADY...AKA COACH MEGAN. She get to spend her special day enjoying the company of all you wonderful athletes and our PNW Progenex Rep. We will be doing 14.3 @7pm, and we plan to keep the same heats. And let's don't forget to enjoy all the fantastic Progenex samples and gear that will be floating around tomorrow!
