1 Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat (155/105)

--WOD (workout of the day)--
10 min AMRAP
10 Power Snatch (95/65)
15 Wall Balls (20/14)

The CF7C crew at THROWDOWN For The Philippines hosted by Westsound CrossFit. Coach Cody and Van had the highest team score of the day!  Congrats to all who participated, we are proud!!!
