It's been a good week, lots of people looking stronger in all their lifts. We have two weeks left in this squat cycle, by now you should be feeling a lot stronger coming from the bottom of the squat to the top position. And one more question: "what is your nutrition like?" It's something we maybe forget about sometimes but is an integral part of being better at what we do. Just some food for thought.
