Today is the ALL GIRLS WOD!!!! No guys allowed until 12 noon.  The ladies if CF7C will get their moment to shine.  All regular scheduled classes are cancelled tomorrow.

Congrats CF7C athletes!  We have done it....we have grown from a dungeon of a gym into a beautiful flourishing gym of PR's, good music, positive energy, good friends, and more importantly family.  Every pr or smile on an athletes face when i see them "get it" or reach a goal they never imagined pushes us to serve you better.  So here's to you CF7C athletes.....a coaches SALUTE for being tough as nails, and go getters.  We are proud.....what does the future have in store for our Box???

U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant Matthew T. Abbate, 26, of Honolulu, Hawaii, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, based out of Camp Pendleton, California, was killed on December 2, 2010, while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife Stacie Rigall, son Carson, mother Karen Binion, father Salvatore Abbate, and siblings Dominica Abbate, Elliot Abbate, Valerie Binion, and Kelly Binion.
