*THE CROSSFIT OPEN IS HERE! WE WILL BE COMPLETING THE OPEN WORKOUTS EVERY SATURDAY BEGINNING AT 8:30AM. WE WILL RUN HEATS TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS A CHANCE TO COMPLETE THE WORKOIT EACH WEEK. HAVE YOU SIGNED UP YET? PARTICIPATE WITH THE GYM, ITS A LOT OF FUN!
