*THE CROSSFIT OPEN BEGINS TOMORROW! WE WILL BE COMPLETING THE OPEN WORKOUTS EVERY SATURDAY BEGINNING AT 8:30AM. WE WILL RUN HEATS TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS A CHANCE TO COMPLETE THE WORKOIT EACH WEEK. HAVE YOU SIGNED UP YET? PARTICIPATE WITH THE GYM, ITS A LOT OF FUN!

*start with the assigned reps. You may lower the amount of reps if needed to ensure you can complete them eac minute
