This workout is built for two reasons.
#1 In remembrance of 9/11/2001
#2 Coach Cody's birthday
The 9 Rounds is for the 9th month (September). 11 is for the day. 29 and 77 have two reasons, 29 is how old Coach is and 2,977 is how many victims lost their lives on that day in 2001.
