IF YOU ARE NOT PARTICIPATING WE STILL ENCOURAGE YOU TO COME CHEER THE ATHLETES ON! IF FOR SOME REASON YOU CANNOT DO THE WODS THEN COORDINATE WITH COACH FOR ANOTHER TIME.
