4xMax Effort sets of Ring dips
*if you do not have ring dips yet use either bands or rings to get the most challenge. If you have body weight ring dips feel free to add weight (med balls, weighted vests) to your sets.
*90 sec breaks between sets 


--THE WOD--
3 Rounds of 4 min amraps of:
4 Snatches (135/95)
8 Chest To Bar Pullups 
*Rest 1 min between rounds
