Team WOD
20 minute AMRAP:
3 Burpees
6 Pushups
9 Box Jumps
Break into two person teams.Alternate movements the entire time. Each individual must finish their movement before partner can start the next movement. ex. Partner "A" does burpees and then rests while Partner "B" does Pushups. Partner "B" then rests while "A" does box jumps.
"Mother's Ol' Fashioned Tire Flippin' Contest."
2 min max tire flips!After the WOD, for anyone who wants to compete.
