Monday, April 11th

"Ch-ch-ch Changes..." 


Power: DeadLift 5x5
"Old School"
These will be "high velocity" Deads. We will discuss technique before class.
Complete in 20 minutes and take plenty of rest 3-4 minutes between sets.

Circuit: 10 Minute AMRAP
15 Kettle Bell Swings (1.5pood/ 1 pood)
25 Situps
Russian KBS, ABMat Situps (fight team and elite will use 2 pood for KBS)

New Schedule is in effect for this week.
Classes will start at 5, 5:30 and 6pm. 
If you are running late, fall into the next class.
